An initial consultation allows you to understand the essence of the problem. In the event that the manufacturer has not indicated a warranty for the product or it does not have a licensed representative office in Russia, we help initiate a warranty case or resolve the issue by the company's service center.
In order to find out the status of your product and whether it is subject to warranty repair, you should call or write by e-mail. The technician will give a detailed answer and, if necessary, will direct the request to the appropriate employee.
Warranty periods
Game equipment and other electronic devices are warranted for 24 months.
Accessories and other products without electronic components are guaranteed for 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Equipment and devices are not covered by the warranty and are not subject to free warranty repairs:
- Damage caused by violation of the operating conditions specified by the manufacturer, or as a result of third-party factors (power surges, etc.).
- Damage resulting from use for third-party purposes not specified by the manufacturer, i.e., violation of instructions is noted.
- Damage caused by the use of elements and equipment from non-certified manufacturers.
- Damage caused by incorrect commissioning (errors in connection or software installation).
- Mechanical and electrothermal damage.
- Lack of functions that are not provided by the technical characteristics and are not declared by the manufacturer.
- Violation of the integrity of serial numbers.
- Normal wear and tear during operation and damage resulting from this.
- The presence of traces of opening of equipment and devices.
- Personal settings and downloaded data, changes to the documentation.
- Other equipment damaged as a result of the operation of the purchased product.
